RCTQ "Amnesty" thread

Help!! I can't keep up! I've been away on vacation following a period when I wasn't very active, but I want to know what I've missed by deleting all those thousands of threads. I see that a few of the members from a few years ago just started posted again, but good grief, I have another 7,000 messages and still have to unpack. Is this totally off the wall or totally tactless to request "amnesty" and for a brief listing of what has been happening lately?

Did you miss the thread where we all accepted your very generous offer to send us a yard each of our favorite fabrics?

Well, Kevin, you're too late to help solve everybody's quilting problems, might be too late to get in the directory if you haven't yet, but if you just send each and every one of us some good thoughts and pray a bit for our continued well being and the health of our loved ones, you can go ahead and delete all the posts. But you'd enjoy Frank's saga of assembling Grace. And Ron de-lurked, so you might want to give him a little guy-type support. Roberta in D

One yard? I thought it was 2 yards and a couple of coordinating FQs? Lynne in Toronto was volunteered to bring refreshements. And as always we are going to ask LN to take the minutes of the meeting. Diana

Well, I suppose I had this coming. ;-) StuartDog is the most inefficient wake up service I've ever known, as his snuggling up inspires way too many hits of the snooze button.

Trying out my new system of just reading and replying whatever comes up at the top of the list when I hit "refresh."

I don't wash anything. Well, I do wash my hands if I've been eating Cheeto's. This may be living dangerously but at my age I don't get to do that much. Polly

Oh, what a hoot. I was in a real hurry. I have a mountain of beautiful blocks that I'm putting together and was eager to get back to it. Anyhow, I was answering Barb's question about whether to wash a quilt before she puts the binding on it. When I came back on break from too much stitching, I couldn't find my answer. That is so funny. Sure glad I wasn't piloting a

If the worst comes to the worst, you can always shove her out in the yard and hose her down...

Wasn't there something about KCK's also reserving (and paying for) plane reservations? Where IS Mr. 007 (Licence to Thrill) when we need him?

Anybody heard from John, lately, BTW?

He was going to pick up my show admission, too, wasn't he? After all, otherwise I'd just have to fly in over the turnstiles to get in. No pockets to hold money and such in my dragonfly suit.
