I've been asked to make an ice dance practice dress and competition dress (well, it makes a nice change from bridesmaids!). I thought a book on the subject might be in order, so I found one on Amazon, The Ultimate Guide to Dance Competition Costumes, by Gail Blanchette, but they want $185.88 for it! List price is £24.95. Anyone have a copy at a sensible price they are willing to let go, or know where I can get it at a sensible price?
Kate - Froogle Google shows that Clotilde has it for $21.98 (USD). Will they mail to the UK? I haven't ordered from them for awhile but always had good service...

Sorry, no help finding the book, but a Google search on the author's name yielded:
another search site listed a different book title by "Gail Blanchette" and had a "contact the author" e-mail link: snipped-for-privacy@business-basics.com
It might be worth contacting her directly to see if she has a spare copy laying about.
