AD - Exciting New Bead Design!

Hi Y'all,

I've listed 4 new auctions tonight. I really, really like all the sets, but there's one I'm super excited about. I just love Implosion Marbles, and in my newest design I've added tiny little implosions to beads! Have a look-see at all of them, but be sure to check out "Implosion Globes"!

Why don't you click on over and take a peek....

Amazing work, Dawn! Simply amazing. The 'Implosion Globes' are stupendous and will start off another bead-making craze, I can see it now.

I love the other sets too. Your new studio is bringing out the best in your work.

Thanks so much Su! I really think the new studio may have something to do with it. Kinda nice to not have spiders looming over me or frogs hopping in when it rains!....LOL!

I agree, they are wild! Would you consider making a pair so I could afford to hang them on my earlobes?????? Pretty please?? :D

GMTA I had the exact same thought! :)

Hi Stephanie and Polly,

This was my first set and I think I need to practice with the shapes a bit. For earrings, I would think it would be better to make them like the little spacer beads, but do a very small bead and then make the "Implosion droplet" that hangs from it a little bit bigger. Let me see what I can come up with..... =o)

Yea! It will be cool to see how you morph the glass, or does the glass show you what it wants to be?

Sometimes I lead, sometimes the glass leads, and then there's those "happy accidents". My first seashell was an accident.

And a wonderful accident it was!

I still treasure my seashells, although I have less now as I give them away one by one to people who really appreciate their beauty.

Thanks Kandice! I need to come up with other bead shapes to *attach* the implosion drops to in order to make the beads more practical to use in jewelry though. I'll have to do some more experimenting....(Now where did I put that lab coat?) =o))
