AD: More Pillows

Here's another graduated set of pillows, only this time, I've added raised stringer decoration for extra sparkle. Thanks for looking!

OMG. I love them

But Ellen, I have one suggestion for you. Take out this part:

"If you receive them and are not happy, I will return your money when you send the beads back, but I really do think you will be happy with this set."

I can't afford a lot of lampwork and fell in love with yours but then I saw that and my first reaction is why? What's wrong with them?

OMTP - don't EVER apologize for your work.

I know what you mean, but it's because the picutes aren't showing the exact color of the beads. They really are paler than that. I'll remove it.

You might do what Ive seen on other auctions, a disclaimer that while you tried to capture the true color/nature of the beads, monitors each display color differently.. or how ever you feel is appropriate to explain that the colors may not display truely on everyone monitor. Personally... I like pink. If they came paler or stronger in color it wouldnt bother me, but I do understand you wanting to represent your work honestly. Diana

When I read this description I thought "she will loose the simplicity and elegance of the others if she adds stuff". But you haven't. They are absolutely beautiful.

They're gorgeous beads. If you're worried about the color, then you can put in a bit about the color on each computer being variable, that way people are reminded that not everything looks the same in real life as it does on a computer.

Oh god, yeah. That's not a professional way to phrase that. "Satisfaction guranteed or your money back." is a lot better. ~~ Sooz To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong. ~~Joseph Chilton Pearce

Yeah, if you are looking for more constructive input then my instant "wow", I actually don't work with pieces as large as you are showing (and I can't afford your work anyhow :) ). If you sometimes made smaller sets of smaller beads I might hope to dream...

Fantastic!

I find 15 mm pretty much the top size I would use. In fact, bigger than usual. I'm not a stringer -- I'm a beadweaver. I use seed beads and do involved, organic-looking overgrown-vine-type of bracelets. So smaller lampwork is ideal

-- just personally speaking -- about 8mm to 10mm. Lovely! I'd adore owning some of your work. ~~ Sooz To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong. ~~Joseph Chilton Pearce
