For a few years now I've wanted to make a beaded wall hanging, but never knew how to graph out a large project . Can anyone give me any advice.

How large, and what sort of stitching?
I've made a couple of bead embroidery ones-- Xerox copies of the picture tacked down to the canvas, then beaded through the paper.
If you mean bead woven, make the graph in sections, and tape together. You also can work the pattern in sections, then stitch together. Kaytee "Simplexities" on
