Spike is always good for one of those "ugly days". You can't feel too fat or frumpy, when you have someone following you around, watching you, like you are his deity.

Spike looks like a lab/dalmation mix. He's got some black spots in his white chest, and black spots on his belly. He also has the very short hair, more like a dal than a lab.

My old fella, Romeo is part lab, too. Both of them were street puppies. I usually say, "pound hounds", but my DD doesn't like this since they didn't actually come from the pound.

Spike is on my top ten list of Fabulous Dogs Of All Time. #1 is my dear departed lab, Cador and #2 is my dad's dog, Ellis-the-mayor.

I just love Spike's antics. The beads are a fitting and cute tribute!
