I have just had a look at my site this morning and there it is, the last item in Beadwork. Cannot understand why it was not there two days ago when I first put it up. Strange things are happening I hope the gremlins are not after me. LOL

I took it with me to my computer class yesterday. One of the ladies was eyeing it up, she tried to put it on but it was made for my skinny wrist, so would not fit. Now where I live if you have made it yourself it should be cheap so should not cost much. So when she asked how much it would be I told her she could not afford it. Her eyebrows shot up when I said 200 pounds. I then explained that I had to buy the S crystals from London and there are 200 of them. The clasp from Germany nary a one to be found in UK. I had to travel to Sheffield for the delica's and the Japanese seed beads, never enough or right colour in my stash. Then at least 20 hours work in

2 hours stints because it is getting hard on my old eyes. I said be blowed if I was going to work for less than what they earn per hour. My skill should be as well paid as theirs. I do not want to sell it anyway. I cannot let my beading sisters and brothers down by offering things for the cost of the beads. It is not my lively hood only my hobby that I sometimes sell a few items of the easy stringing type that I do get my values worth. Then I can buy more beads. Wish I could get the clasps that you get over in USA. Hugs Shirley
