Just wanted to jump in and introduce myself... I'm so excited! I getbutterflies in my stomach every time I read on this group or when I thinkabout what my near future is going to hold.. heeheheehe :)I started with a bracelet about 6 months ago... I've since made about 30necklaces, 15 bracelets, 10 pairs of earrings... playing with peyote stitchand wirewrapping and lots and lots of beads and stones and pearls... justhaving so much fun!Then I went and signed up for a 10 week jewelry class at the communitycollege - thinking I might learn some silversmithing - I want to make somependants and clasps and who knows what else they will teach me - I'm hopinglots of stuff I haven't already figured out on my own, but we will see.AND THEN!!! I signed up for a weekend long learn-to-lampwork class! I justcan't wait!!! I told my hubby I want a torch and a kiln for christmas...but haven't told him that means I'll be sharing his garage... don't know howthat will go over since the way it works now is the house is all mine and my3 year old son's except for half a closet and some drawers... and he getsthe garage. I don't think he's going to appreciate me moving in there too...ha! (What do all you lampworkers do for a studio btw?)Pam (in Western Washington, overlooking the (rainy finally - yay!)
