As some of you may know, Mary has been up to her ass in alligators, handling group buys over on the Bulk Bead Buy group. I had placed an order during the Bali Blowout, but assured her that I am in no rush at all, and fully expected to see the stuff sometime in January. After all, this poor woman had $12,000 worth of Bali to sort and mail, plus the stuff from a couple of smaller buys. Mary, I hope you took a photo of all the Bali when it was still together -- I'd love to see that much at once!
Today, to my surprise, I got my Bali -- and a whole slew of little goodies to brighten my day! The Bali is incredible: so much detail on relatively small beads and clasps. All the beads are so pretty too -- especially a strand of what appears to be a medium vitrial color of 8mm round Swarovskis.
Mary, of course I'll write to thank you privately, but I also wanted to give you public kudos for all your hard work. Hosting those bulk buys seems like a thankless job, and God knows that the teeny buying fee hardly covers the aggravation. You rock!
