A couple needy kids with a 5 month old baby who needed some rescuing have been staying with us for the last week, and it has just strained my attention capacity! I'll be back on the ball soon.

Sorry to take so long to reply. Seems like one thing is just segueing into another.
We put the kids up in my brother's cabin, and they're doing well. Found work. Even found a cabin they can probably rent to own starting next month. He will also be able to do some of the heavy work for my husband. Pete is disabled, largely by pain since an injury at work 5 years ago ( about 6 weeks after we married!), so is trying to do his tree service work and sawmilling on his own.
