I was asked yesterday afternoon if I was interested in a photo job. Once I heard the details I was all over it. A lot of my friends have had me take their photos over the last several years for birthdays, weddings, Sweet 15, etc. Tons of their friends and parents friends have seen the photos and I've gotten a lot of business that way. Yesterday a large group of parents asked me to do the prom photos for their children. This will be my first prom and from what I gathered from the school I will be the only independent photographer there.
I think it's a great opportunity for a larger audience to see some of my work and I might get some potential sales. Yippee. With Dan's surgery coming up we can use all the extra funds we can get.
