OT: MY DAUGHTER IS NUTS

Juliet just wandered by in her underpants, with a plastic bracelet on her head, wiggling her butt and quietly singing "Doot de doot doot, doot doot de doot doot..."

I just sent this in an email to Kevin at work. We're home, it's night, but what a GREAT way to start one's Friday. Just GREAT. ~~ Sooz "Try to define soul in a way that everyone agrees on, and then maybe we'll have a basis for defining art." Kalera Stratton, glass artist

Like Lou Reed? Does she know the rest of the words to the song? If she goes to shave her legs, head for the hills.

BTW, that's one of the best songs to ever get by the censors.

P.S.: In case I got it all wrong, that's the cool part of the chorus to "Take a Walk on the Wild Side" by the incomparable Lou Reed.

OMG... I bet it is! The tune sounded familiar but I couldn't place it... I bet that's it. I wonder where she heard that?

She picks up tunes really easily. I often hear her singing "'N urbuddy at the club's gittin' tipsay" which is SO WRONG coming from a six-year-old.

Wonderful, what a moment. Where do they go in their little minds? Where ever, it's a good place!

six-year-old.

When we stayed with a friend for three months while having work done on our boat, our son became enamoured of the Beatles and 'The Yellow Submarine'. Imagine the fun going down the road with a three-year-old whose idea of a sing-along is 'Eleanor Rigby'.

My 9 year old is the only Parrothead in her elementary school. It's pretty funny when she bursts out with "Fruitcakes"...
