Re: Gravity Boots?

Does anyone here have any experience with gravity boots?

I've used both the boots and the inversion table. Unless you are in pretty good shape physically, you will like the table better. Even if you are in great shape, you will probably like the table better. It's also easy to oscillate on the table. (Lymph fluid benefits) I bought one at Gaiam.com. Very nice. Around 200.00. I'm not allowed to use mine right now because of the most recent surgery and I miss it. It's the only thing that makes my back feel better sometimes. Barbara Dream Master

Thanks Barbara and everyone that has replied or emailed me.

I don't necessarily want it to cure anything or to substitute medical care, I just want it for some pain relief and hopefully maybe even to stop it from getting to the point of needing further care.

I also want to make sure that they/it isn't something that would just sit around and not be used for one reason or another. You know, like those late night infomercials that could sell you anything but what they're really selling you is a really cool looking, expensive, catch all for clothes.

Thanks!
