Agreed and I don't think I could have said it better. My husband loves me even though I can't remember anything, look silly in the mornings, have a real love for my dog, let's the dog sleep in-between us most nights, etc. I have been a very lucky woman in this relationship.
Pete and I had been dating for most of a year, when I went to visit my mother. While I was there he called and told me he had a question to ask me. He wanted to wait til I got back and do it in some romantic way. I wanted to know the question (suspecting that was the one), partly so I could think of the answer. I told him to ask when I got back. And then called back two days later to say yes. What he always says about that time is that he moved in while I was gone, and never left. Which is also true.

Well my sister's room-mate took the litterbox out to clean it one day and forgot to bring it back in. My sister's cat relieved herself on said room-mates feet while she (the person not the cat!) was asleep.
Unfortunately, some of the people who get married so no one will think they are gay - - ARE gay. And they keep up the denial for years until they and their spouses and kids are totally miserable.
It is better for everyone to encourage folks to be themselves.
