Were you near the lake? We did a show in the Duluth area a few years ago and the lake effect on the weather was astounding. Started out in 80's and dropped to upper 30's in just a few hours!
I also decided to not count on any traffic at small town festivals during the parade! I'm not a parade person but folks had chairs set up along the parade route two days before the parade. Here they rent spots and people camp out for a week before the big lighted parade!
