Returning Show

Well everyone, I have moved back to New York after just over a Year in Texas. Loved Texas but hated the job.

Now that I'm back home, I'm making approx 1/3 of what I was making, but I'm happy and it's having a positive effect with my diabetes.

Well I'm home 3 weeks, finally settled and I call my glass goddess ( teacher/slave driver ) and let har know I'm back ( Thursday 10/26 ) And I'm promptly told good you have a show to demo this weekend ( mind you I have nothing ready to sell and my torch and everything is packed, Hell I don't even have a propane tank yet.

OK highlights, I do the demo's this weekend, hookup with my beady buddies and wire heads. I had a blast!

I had helped my glass goddess with unload/load setup/teardown. at the end she walks up with a fairly large tupperware tote and asks about my stuff and I tell her it's together and will only take 5 min to pack. She hands me the bin and I ask if she wants it in the van or blazer. She says no put it with you stuff. I told her no I did the show strickly to help her but got the STFU and put it with my stuff. ( Mind you trying to argue with her is like screaming at a rock trying to make it belive it's water)

OK get home and show the wife and start going thru the stuff, not including loose beads, and a bowl of dicro cabs.

We started with the strands 229 of them to be exact, 70 strands of pearls, 9 of garnets, and the rest all kinds of semi presious stone. All I can say is she is INSANE and I love this woman to death!

SO!!!! If you ever get the chance to meet Shellie ( Red) Carder, your getting to meet a VERY special person, and aperson anyone would love for a friend!
