They are moving to NJ, and the place is a shambles! All the workers have the flu, and they have a week to move a football field size warehouse.

sounds like time for a big sale.
tell them you'll take a truckload of stuff for $100 just so they don't have to move it. i just did that with a local nursery that was moving. i filled my truck 3 times at $100 each time. i figure i got about $2000 in plants and trees.
