Hanging panel

Could you be a bit more specific about how they are to be displayed?

I'm envisioning them "daisy chained" one below the other, with all of them hanging from the top corners of the top panel?

The panels will be hang in an opening in a wall between the dinning room and the living room. They will be chained together the one on top tied to the top of the opening at the top corners of the first panel and the second below chained at the bottom corners of the first and the last below the second. I am afraid that the zinc channel from the top panel would open at the corners.

OK...here's one way to make this work.

Find some thin threaded rod that will slide into the "non-glass" part of the zinc U came. Cut it long enough for just a fraction of an inch to hang out on each end of the came. You can tack solder it in place if you like. Using some threaded loops or hooks, screw them down on the exposed threaded rod, and use chain between the hooks to get the seperation you want. That way, the weight is riding on the chain and the hooks/rod, not on the zinc. You probably can find the hangers you need at HomeDepot or the like.

Well, I guess? depends if you are mitering the joint, or using a butt joint. I like to miter because it gives a longer seam to solder. Since only the weight of each panel will be riding in the bottom came of each of your three panels, you may not have to do any additonal reinforcing. If you are using bevels (they are twice the weight of flat glass) then maybe you should consider some reinforcing.
