Ummm... Ottawa, Jim's hometown is Canada's capital. While it probably as urban as some the the State's major city, it still is a city. That's not my definition of cottage life, but my family comes from a lot more primitive background without going camping. In fact a lot of Ontario's cottage country is not very primitive.

Actually, a small town south west of Ottawa (as I said, unless he's moved). No hospital, maybe 2 grocery stores, a bank on the corner, lots of quaint shops and a defunct yarn mill being the prominent 'down town'.
We spend every fall there for our 'get away from it all'.

We found some stuff at our local WalMart that we concluded was acceptable for recovering soldiers. There was a wolf and a horse and a wizard and some Chinese characters. Since the point is simply something tolerable, rather than something you have a burning desire to stitch, take a mosey down the aisle and see if they have anything that doesn't make you puke. :)

I refuse to enter their doors. They are a predatory store. They have even gone beyond what old Sam believed in because he felt they should be making jobs for the American blue collar worker. Now of course, Wartmart makes jobs for any non-American, offshore worker. Wartmart came a long way baby.
