I'd call Everything Cross Stitch in downtown Fredericksburg and ask. She's open Monday - Saturday 10-6, Sundays 12 - 4.

There is an ANG chapter sort of down that way - but it may be a little haul for you. Or you might have to go into Richmond area.

There is an ANG chapter that meets up in Chantilly, one in Alexandria, and EGA chapter that meets in Herndon - all are probably more or less a 75 min drive for you, depending....
