I'll bet this is right up Dianne's alley
I want/need a needle that is A) sharp B) fine C) a decent sized eye that will accommodate 3 strands of floss
I'm doing a crewel piece (still short bursts as my scar still hurts). The fabric, with the printed design (natch) is stiff and more like a shirting material. It will look great when it's done, but I haven't found a needle (in the house that is) that works for me. I can get the sharp and the fine, the fine and the eye and the sharp and the eye. I like my outline stitches TINY and I'm not getting there.
PS I like that way what I have done so far, but the needle I like best has a minuscule eye and I keep loosing my threader in the couch.
