I'm 100% sure that idiots exist. Don't you think it's possible that some of those idiots might be aliens? It's much more fun to think they're aliens than just dumb humans. ;^)))
I think this is actually a fun way to raise money for a good cause.
After reading all the way to the bottom I came to the conclusion that they know it's a spoof but they're hoping to get publicity and raise money at the same time.
I found it on Yahoo "odd news", so I suspect it's "for real" - a very strange artifact on film of a duck.

When I said spoof, I meant they didn't really think it was an alien but just that it looked peculiar.
