DS's birthday!!!!!

He's going to be 14 at 1:45 AM.

The boys have gone out and bought fireworks, I have to hit the grocery store for the food still. But first I need the menu other than a 1 pound filet for him!

I spoke to my mom in New Jersey this morning, and the local fireworks are going to take place tonight. She said it was an early celebration of the 4th, since that's a weeknight, and I reminded her that since it's Canada Day, it's quite appropriate -- just a bit south!

DS and DH are off changing the oil in the car. DD is off playing with the little boy next door. I'm doing a little house work, some stitching and then I am headed out to weed for a few hours! Cheryl

As to weed, that's a dirty word here in Port St. Lucie. Within the last two months the cops have closed up over 40 pot growing houses. The claim is that the whole operation is an organized thing and is worth millions. According to the cops this is one of the biggest they've ever seen or heard of. Therefore, you probably should call your unwanted green growing things something other than weed, at least around here.
