You have to realize that more than 1/2 those people were "plants"...

There's a "improve" troupe in NYC that does things like this - but mostly in stores. They dressed 80 people in blue shirts and khaki pants and sent them in to a Best Buy store. And another group went into Abercrombie & Fitch, shirtless, and hung around the official shirtless model that the store had hired.

The troupe is called Improve Everywhere

Change all instances of "improve" to "improv". Spell check CAN be irritating sometimes

LOLOLOL! I can just imagine the look of horror on DH`s face if confronted with that! What fun though - except for people trying to fight their way through to get to work!

That's great. It's interesting to see how the rehearsed people start and then how others just there join in. If you follow the U-tube links after the video, there is one with the rehearsal, and another with the advertizement for the "dance"

I have to say, Liverpool Street looks so nice since it's renovation. I spent way too much time going through there and Fenchurch Street in the 80's & early 90s. Not much dancing - though I do recall drunks getting herded out of 1st class on the late, late train (after a rather unpleasant public sick event I got to witness - I decided that 1st class was worth the extra couple of pounds when going home quite late on the weekend).
