Doesn't that sound like something right out of Harry Potter? Or maybe Harry Potter meets Little Shop of Horrors....he's been swallowed whole by the Giant Hogweed!

I use that antibacterial hand cleanser which is alcohol based for things that itch me to death. I have pruritis from the treatment and sometimes my skin crawls, but I wipe that cooling Purex gel onto the area and while I know alcohol dries the skin, it definitely brings relief from the itching.
The plant looks like it could be Sambuca of some sort, but the leaves are all wrong.
Now you could add some Vitamin E on it . it is the best treatment for any sore skin. mirjam
