Don't know about where Karen is, but here in Indiana, it is supposed to be illegal to sell lottery tickets to anyone unless they are paying cash
- no checks, credit cards, debit cards - plain hard cash.

I made the comment about the credit card as a joke, as Karen had said she had had problems with a new expiration date not being updated. I didn't know you couldn't put a couple of scratch cards on the bill with a gas fill-up, though I've never tried. (Gee, can you tell I'm not a big gambler or anything?) The many things one learns here is astonishing.
