She sounds quite chipper for a woman with a big patch over one eye!

Cataract surgery is apparently one of the least traumatic kinds of surgery. Even when I had a major problem with swelling in one eye I didn't really have very much pain.
I'm glad she sound chipper and I'm sure that means she feel good.

She sounded absolutely normal. I called her while in the parking lot at the grocery store - no child related background noise.
