I live in S. Central Texas so HOT is not unfamiliar. This sounds very interesting. I presume because of the dry climate you don't have much problems with termites? Will you build the log home by yourselves? I'm not worth much physically, any more. Thank you for the suggestion I will surely look at it. What sort of work, if any, is there? Mark may take a USPS job. Less money than we are used to, but we can cut the lux out of our life need be.

I don't really think there is a huge problem with termites. The log cabin price is built by the company and turnkey to the owner. There are lots of post offices around here, and plenty of other work for anyone willing to work... try looking at the classifieds listed at
