I am now going down to spend a little time in my workshop before bed. Spoiled as I am, I have a stereo system and a teeny tiny (6") TV down there. I sit and fiddle with my clay and watch dvd's and my soul rests and breathes.
Quietness is wonderful.

I like the solitude and quiet of being in my studio too. I need time away from others and others needs. I have a radio in there that I listen too at times, but I often just have the quiet and listen to the birds outside :o)
I just threw my frirst pot today I was so focussed, a bomb could of gone off and I would not of paid it any attention. It wasnt much looked kind of like a salsa bowl. It was my first time on the wheel. I am stoked like a wood Kiln firing at cone 10. :-)
I know that feeling! Just great!
