American Tenderized Alligator

Whilst we were doing Mr J's appts on Fri we stopped for lunch at a fish place. (new in town)

They had 2 diff kinds of : American Tenderized Alligator on the menu

Miz Polly, by any chance, have YOU sent any alligators to me when I needed them so badly??????

I really really really hope you didn't....cause they didn't make it.

Butterfly (you better count heads tonight--sending chickens to feed whilst you count)

Fear not, Miz B'fly. Your fat and happy gators are cherished and protected. It warms our hearts to see that you are thriving in your new home state. Do you have an up and coming glorious rose garden? Polly

We have asked Santa to bring a few more to replace those that didn't make the move--or that were sorely neglected here(it's bare root season in a coupla weeks). Had to eliminate one today--had rose mosaic--only sent up 3 GORGEOUS blooms this fall and no more buds. The rest are starting to come into their own:) About one more week of this cooler weather and we should have a few that are loaded with blooms:) just in time for the Christmas table. YAY! Thanks for checking on my Gators. Found out the WebGal is having surgery so she will be here when she is able after (i.e.., when she starts getting bored--be off for 6 weeks)

Butterfly (tree looks fabulous without ornaments! Looks pretty real--nicest unreal one we have had yet : ) Has a REMOTE to turn on/off the lights..easier for us--altho I don't remember that feature.. Got it last year after Christmas--still gave us a year warranty)
