Is anyone going to the quilt show in DesMoines tomorrow through Saturday? I'll be there Wed-Fri. I hope there are some great quilts. Well...of course there will be....any quilt show has great quilts!!!

You know how to break a 'girls' heart...Des Moines was my home until I got displaced after WWII. I can see the whole of the downtown without even closing my eyes. After my Dad died in 1946 my mother sold out and moved to a TownHouse walking distance from Younkers where she put in 33 + years. I am hoping to go to Iowa in 2009, when I am scheduled to speak at my 70th High School Reunion. Isn't that a Blast?
