I have our admission tickets. It's $12 a day general admission. If you want any of the seminars they are $12 each. I always buy in advance because I hate standing in the long lines. I think you may be too late to get on line, but check the web site: www.AmericanSewing Expo.com. You may still be able to order, just pick-up vs. sent in the mail. Gen

yeaaaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! hey Gen and Kate, finally a few minutes ago i got a seat on a flight over, after checking often for the past week or so and finding nothing. then this afternoon, i emailed Gen and Kate and told them i couldnt get a seat. then lo and behold a seat is there. go figure. now as to getting all the business done in calif, then a flight east is a whole different bit of fun and games. no idea when i'll be done, tho only want the one day. arrival in SFO at 12:30pm, get a car, drive over the SF Bay, only gives me 3 hrs at most to see tax guy, stop at the bank and one other office to get stuff done, and one phone call that i cant drive to, just not familiar enough with the area and no time. so a call it shall be. fingers crossed i survive it with brain somewhat intact. look out usa, here i come....again. didnt i do much the same last yr, eeeeeeeeek. hugz, jeanne

Jeanne: You might do well to rent a car with a GPS. Probably costs more, but well worth it when you are in an unfamiliar metropolitan area. Good luck on your trip! PAT

Hey Pat, the city i wont go into has too many one way streets and a few unsavoury areas i'd rather not even drive near. i'll call/fax/mail whatever they need to facilitate my request.the rest is all in the same area i am familiar with, whewwww. i arrive SFO at 12:30. gives me only 4.5hrs of business hrs left to get luggage, car, drive across, into bank to fix the acct and get some money out, then up to tax mans, then to other office for more papers to sign. if i have ten mins left after that i'll try to scoot by a neat little shop there that buys in end of line fabs, trims, thread, tools. always good prices and some i'd not found irl eslewhere last yr. so i'd really like a quick stop there before returning to SFO to see who has a seat for me to columbus. from there Gen is doing the driving. i'll be jet lagged and sadly lacking sleep by then and rather incoherent. i hope she is ready for that, lol. now off to get some papers printed out to take with me, like all the flight info re my E-ticket, lol. gotta have that eh. hugz, jeanne
