I am back from our trip to California. Vacation was great but now I must face the world again. Just started reading through the 1500 posts but have decided that I need to move on. If anything happened in the last two weeks that you think I should know please email me privately.
One thing I learned on vacation is that few shops on west coast sell reproduction fabrics. I love color and working with brights but also love recreating the comfortable look of antique quilts. Reproduction quilts don't have to be dark.
Another nephew has announced his engagement so guess I will be back in LA again next winter. I am voting for a wedding date close to Road to California but they are sounding like February is more likely. Could I stay with my sister-in-law for two or three weeks? Have to think about that.
