Well, I've just finished the second birthday block for a friend. One will be having a surprise birthday tomorrow with a snowman theme and the other's will be in September. But both had deadlines. We're hoping to have a finished quilt for one tomorrow. Not involved with the second one's construction except to make a block. She loves Hallowe'en and brights, we received a piece of white on white. I did a jack o'latern with a cresent moon at it's side. Then I drew a star in the corner and wrote Happy Birthday Dear Friend, Sept. 2003, and my name on the outside with her special number on the centre of the block. I designed it myself, inspired by a block I saw in a magazine. Hope she likes it. I had fun with it.
