If there are more folks out there like me, my days are so busy, I often forget what I did the day before. If you enter your information into the Directory form, a confirmation page appears after you hit the submit button. This serves two purposes. It reminds you of what you put on the form and when (see bottom of the page) and it confirms that your information was sent to me. Please print this form for your records. With 168 entries now submitted, it is very difficult and time consuming for me to go through each submission to confirm you filled in the form. The confirmation page is your receipt - please take a few moments and print it out - and most importantly, put it somewhere safe!
