HOUSE IS DONE DONE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Everything last thing that we planned and a few 'snowballed into needed doing' is DONE on the house !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Landscaping is NOT included as it is NOT bareroot season until Dec/Jan...and that's when the landscaper HAS TIME to do us :) (you have a year to get it done--with seasons taken into consideration.).


We will have a coupla contractors in later for a half-day each later this month. we will put another fan into the kitchen because *I want it* as the one over the stove just doesn't cut it. Fan has to get here first.......one contractor to install and the other to touch up the painting the following day as he'll redo that.

At this point in time, the gal that is doing our Website is to be here Turkey Day weekend. She ended up 'taking a class's (iffa you wanna keepa youze jobba you takka da clazza) which she wasn't aware of when she first said she'd do it. I've not forgotten...I'm more impatient than you are cause I did wanna add a few pix as we were going along. Oh well, It'll come...nuttin I can do to make it happen faster. SIGH

Congratulations!!! Can you send contractors my way when you're done with them? (And I'll be singing on the streetcorner and washing cars so I can pay them when they get here.;-) Windows, painting, roof one day... heck, I just want a new house!

I'll send the painter. The new window had to be fixed and it took MONTHS for them just to come in, replace ONE screw, and adjust the rest! Couldn't pay me enuf to send the roofer we had for a small area job or the electrician. What a nightmare he was.
