Finished UFO #2

I finally finished a wall hanging that I started late 1998 called Old Friends. There was so little left to do on it. I really don't understand why I didn't have the motivation to complete it. You can view the finished results on my blog:

I'm really enjoying writing about my quilting adventures. I have met so many talented people. I do hope Marina will consider a blog ring for RCTQ. It's a great way of hopping from blog to blog.

Thank you for taking the time to view my work.

WOW!! those expressions are wonderful! well done on finishing!

just think of all the space you will have when all those UFO's are ready! (and how much more fabric will be in your stash once the leftovers are added hehehe)

Go, Carole, GO!!

I think she does have a blog ring started as well.... yep -- right there on the front page! Send her a link to yours .... and I'm sure she'll include it as well!

Loved the quilt! Isn't it funny how you can get hung up with just a little bit more to do on a project? We need to remember how good it feels to finish to keep motivated. You'll love having this finished and out where you can appreciate it. It's lovely!

My goodness, Carole! That's just adorable -- and you're really whipping through your WIPS, aren't you? ;) Okay, so they *were* UFOs, but that doesn't work as well -- and they re-entered the WIP category as you worked on them.

WooHoo...crusing right along there, Carole!!! Want to head a little further south and help me get out of my rut??

Larisa, thinking the faces make SUCH a difference and it is positively adorable!!

Carole, I love your wall-hanging! Those cats remind me so much of my Ian, who I lost (at age 19 1/2) a few weeks ago. I know you must be pleased with the results!

We have just a list of RCTQ Quilter's Blogs on the website, but not really a ring.

thought Marina was going to set up the ring too. Maybe I'll try to learn something about how to do that while I'll on Spring Break next week. I set up the webpages, but I don't know how to set up a ring. If you could see my list of fun things to do during Spring Break -- and it's only a week long! I'll do whatever strikes me at the moment.

I think she may have set up the ring. She did send me an e-mail that I think I misunderstood. On her blog she has the ring info.

Happy Spring break!

The kitties are adorable. Are they your own design?

Oh, I love the kitties. If that's looking for a home, I know where it could live. And since I'm behind with the posts, I had a look at the Wildberries also. Beautiful work, Carole.
