I Have 2 Go...

Hi Everyone!

I've loved every minute on here with all of you wonderful people, but after being on here a couple of weeks now, I'm finding that there just aren't enough hours in the day to do my "real life", quilt, keep up with my guild, and participate/read here. I tried just reading the topics that I'm interested in the most, but it's just not working out for me. So I'm going to unsubscribe after I send this letter.

This morning my DH discovered that the hard disc on my computer is dying, and I am going to have to be gone awhile anyway. During the discussion of what we're going to do about either replacing the disc or purchasing a new system, the prioritization of how I'm spending my time prompted me to make some hard choices. I realized that one of the things that I must do is to cut back on my computer time so that I can put actual "hands on" quilting back into the top priority because the computer has replaced it. So in focusing on that, I need to take this group out from the "lineup" of activities.

I love you all, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with you. Pati and ButterflyWings...I expect to meet up with you both and hope to continue our relationships if you both would like to do so. ButterflyWings...our meeting time and place is all set up and I'm looking forward to it! I'll get back to you in email to answer your letter asap.

Hugs to you all!

We've enjoyed having you as a part of the group even though your stay was short. I know what you mean about trying to do it all but if things even out for you, do come back to let us know how things are going!

Mary-

I'll also be sorry to see you go... you have contributed to making this a better and fun place to hang out. One thing I might mention- when I first found rctq some 13 years ago, I was really crazy about reading everything that was posted and responding to everything. I found after a while I mellowed out and it wasn't so important to know every little thing that was going on. Maybe if you gave it a bit more time you'd also reach that plateau? If not, then it's been nice knowing you and drop in sometime in-between quilts and let us know what you are up to, Okay?

Mary, I'm really sorry to see you go. I've enjoyed getting to know you. As I've walked many a mile in the Superstitions, I know how blessed you are to live where you see those incredible mountains. Enjoy life and quilt like crazy! And if you ever get a hankering, come on in and drop a letter from time to time.

Hugs, Sunny
