Arch was an importer of Chinese mass-produced quilts, and basically had a little office in Hawthorne and later Elmsford NY (or vice versa, this early in the AM I forget). From NY corporate records, they appear to have operated between around 1985-1995, which makes them along with American-Pacific (which is still in business) one of the first importers of these quilts. They were wholesalers whose primary market was large retail stores like Macy's.
