Howdy!
It is odd, isn't it, Michelle? Husband's cousin kept sending me jokes, scads of them, via e-mail; kept it up for several weeks, even tho' I'd asked him to stop (I got tired of cleaning out the mailbox every day to get to the good stuff). Mostly he sent religious & political stuff, including lots of Catholic jokes (he's Catholic, & our politics do not match ). He just kept sending them. Until I sent them back, 7 times each. Offered to return them " 70 times 7" - which he had heard of. He asked me why I was doing this- "you're sending me the same ol' jokes I already sent you! And I'm on dial-up, long distance: this is costing me money to receive my own jokes!" I said, "BINGO!" He got it, but didn't think it was funny; he did stop sending the junk, tho'.
