Meet & Greet w/Musicmaker

Hi Guys, Well, I just got home from spending a the afternoon with Musicmaker/Cindy :-). We managed to make the trip up to Dahlonega and after walking through the little town, we went to Magical Threads, the LQS. Cindy had already been to a LQS in Atlanta this AM and apparently did herself proud as far as S.E.X. is concerned so she didn't feel any "burning need" for more fabric. WRONG -- LOLOL! I'm not sure what all she bought at Magical Threads but I do know that she bought some neat TOT white with musical stuff printed on it. I had never seen anything like that before and it was a very nice. Before we left, we made sure to have someone take a photo of us standing between 2 long arm machines with quilts on the wall behind us

-- very colorful quilts, too. Anyway, we were only together a few hours but it was a wonderful afternoon and Cindy really liked the little town and the LQS. I do believe that this is the first ever RCTQ meet & greet I have had!! I'll have to make sure that on one of my trips to Lizard Land I make time to finally meet Pati!! CiaoMeow >^;;^<

I hadn't realized they were that close! I will definitely have to make time for all of us to have a meet & greet! What is a good, centrally located LQS? We will be back to Lizard Land sometime in early May so I will have to start thinking about timing, etc. I lived in Scottsdale for over 25 years before moving to Ahwatukee so I KNOW the east side of the Valley like the back of my hand. DD lives off of Deer Valley & Tatum, right by Desert Ridge & the 101 so it's easy to get just about anywhere in the Valley and do it quickly. CiaoMeow >^;;^<
