Just venting frustration at lost pattern

My enthusiasm for this project is on a low to start but this mishap has just about done me in with it. Is is possible that the pattern is carefully 'filed' with the fabric you were planning to use with it? Sometimes I do that thinking that is being organized. Sometimes it is. Polly

A woman in my quilt circle recently went almost crazy looking for a quilt top she wanted to quilt. She couldn't find it anywhere until another member of the group suggested she look in her batting. LOL! That's where it was! She'd carefully put it with the batting so as not to use that batting for something else -- and then completely forgotten.

I'm sure your pattern will turn up in a similarly logical place -- one of these days. :S

Did you look in the scanner? Can't tell you how many times I've had to go back to the copy store because I left my original.......
