Hmmm...should I take offense at your lack of faith in my word? Or should I be happy that you want the quilt? ;)

Thanks, Pat! :) I really did enjoy making this miniature; I think I may make more in the future. They're rather addictive.
Thanks, Pat! :) Do you need a margarita to cool down a bit? ;)
Thanks, Marcella! :) I don't think it will be lonely for long....
Thanks, Mary! :) I know it had to be *hard* to stop making these little blocks , but it won't take you long to get the other 9 and the borders done. The advantage of the mini is that, while it has the same number of seams as a larger quilt, it has shorter seams that don't take as long to sew.
Thanks, Polly! :) Uh...you do know that oxygen shouldn't be used near flames, don't you? ;)
Thanks, Carole! :) I usually have a really hard time deciding how to quilt something, but this one just seemed to tell me it needed flames.
Oh, I agree! That paper is really good! :)
Oh good - I've just ordered some for the first time!
Let's go with being happy, okay?
Sandy, your mini is simply stunning! Hard to believe it is just 12". Absolutely gorgeous. Hope you are feeling quite pleased with yourself. :-)
LOL! Okay!
Sure! But Papacita's isn't very close to where I'm staying this time -- in fact, it's downright *far*! We'll figure something out, though. :)
I wrote this last night but google 'ate' it.
Before was good but finished is great, that quilting really adds a bit of pizazz.
DH saw the mini template I printed out and said '#!^* #%@!* your're supposed to sew that are you, its too small" I said 'yes, maybe ...... one day' didn't say when tho'

Thanks, Michelle! :) I'm pretty pleased, all right.
Thanks, Dee! :) Pizazz is good in this case.
Go for it, Dee! It's really not difficult when you're paper piecing -- not as though you're trying to hang onto itsy bitsy pieces of fabric as you "normally" would. It's amazingly easy, if you follow Carol D.'s advice.
