Mostly OT: Wired up and monitors going!

Well here it is going on 3am. I just got off the phone with the monitoring company as my heart has been doing its own thing for the last

40 minutes or so. Looks like I will get little sleep here tonight. However I did go to sleep when we got home. We were both exhausted with all the running. DH took me to dinner before we came home and a scarf worked very well... It was decided to do the monitors for 2 weeks instead of the 7 days originally discussed. Oh well I guess I can live with it. The head gear will come off in 7 days however with the heart monitor continuing to do its thing. Also I will be able to get a bit of computer time in tonight and maybe some tomorrow. I will be leaving around noon today to stay with here at least till Saturday late afternoon. If I can get here computer set up right for the ngs. I will do my best to check in with everyone here. Dr. also told me that I should be able to be in close contact with my computer as long as I don't stay at it to long. Cell phones are totally out of the question. Since I don't use mine very often, usually for just emergency calls that should not be a problem. At least while I am sitting here and can't really go back to be until this episode ends I am doing a bit of hand work. Hopefully this will take my mind off these test. I know I will get a lot of stitching done too. Seeing that I can't really be moving around all that much. juliasb

My sister should be ok with the help from her ex. He loves the kids and with things the way they are he is most likely the only one that can handle him. So far he has not acted out since getting home. We are grateful for that especially with this darn power outage were tempers can flare up so quickly. I just spoke to her a few minutes ago and all was as well as could be expected. BBQ pit in the back yard and everyone on the street pitching in Matt is staying cool headed and not even picking at his younger brother. This is a wait and see what happens sort of things.
