Mum's gone

Yes, an enviable way to go, silently and without pain in the night.

Thank you.

Thank you.

We were equally quick tempered and unable to hold a bad mood for more than half an hour!

My lads are cherishing me.

Like Dad: gone these 28 years, but still with me every day.

Thank you.

Thank you. Mine will be like this soon too. At the moment I'm still a bit numb and odd things get to me.

Condolences. It is always difficult, she sounds like a wonderful person.

Hugs and blessings, Pati, in Phx (also missing my Mom especially this time of year)

She constantly amazed me in many ways, right to the last time I spoke to her at the start of the week.

Thank you.

My Wings are on their way. Wrap them round and hang on tight.

I'm so sorry, Kate. What a terrible loss to you and all your family. (((Hugs))) Thinking of you and yours...

Thank you.

It was her time. PM says her heart was worse than we realized, and she had developed bronchial pneumonia and some renal failure. I'm glad she had not lost her mental capacities. That would have destroyed her in ways we would have hated and so would she. Mercifully the end was very fast and can have caused little distress if she was even awake.

{{{Kate}}} gentle hugs and prayers for you and yours.
