My Dear Launie,

My heart goes out to you. I suffered the sudden and unexpexted loss of my loving hubby of 29 yrs almost 4 yrs ago. I told him good bye one morning as he left for work and never saw him alive again. He had a heart attack while at work and was gone when he hit the floor. I can only tell you that I got through it all by staying active. I returned to my job 6 days after his passing and had a very compassionate CEO that let me cry anytime and anywhere I wanted. Just remember that he is looking down on you and waiting for the day to come that you will be united again at the feet of our Lord and Savior, and he is not suffering anymore. Concentrate on the good times and let the rest go and cry when you need to, it heals the broken heart.
