DH just got home from the PO and said the postage rates are going up MONDAY!!!!!!! Don't remember reading about this rate hike anywhere.....and when I was there the last time the fella never said a word when he sold me a book of stamps. Sure makes me appreciate this form of communication.

Yeah, that announcement has been out for a while Butterfly. But you've been putting together a new room, so that's probably why you missed it. The one cool thing.....they have a "forever' (yeah right) stamp that you can buy at the current (Monday's) rate, that will still be good when the rates go up AGAIN! So stock up!!!!! Cash in your retirement funds and buy stamps!

Talking with DD tonight, I feel like I've been outtta the loop since we left B'splat the end of June 06 with everything that has been going on with us.

We still aren't finished with this place as we need to put a fence up and the bathroom vanities are finally ready to be picked up.........then we have to wait for them to be installed (not something my guys can do unfortunately)

We're going to have one huge On-Line Party when this place is done tho:)

Let's see..someone on here is going to have to start the planning.... I do have RIPE RED tomatoes in the gardens and got ONE fat pea pod from there today.....so I'll have peas and maters for sure by then :) Not too sure about the cukes tho.......
