Moving forward but slowly. BF is still not a certainty as an EX-BF yet, but we're hoping and gently nudging. He knows what he needs to do but is afraid, and afraid for the inevitable crash ex-bf will have. I told him today that he needed to care about that, from a far distance, and that if he didn't, he would have a huge crash himself if he didn't handle his difficulties and start counsling at the resource center.
Police called today. Perp is cooperating and talking and has admitted to the assault and two others in AK and one in WA. It looks like a plea deal is in the works. No details yet of course, but we're hoping for years and years here and years and years in WA. Right now it's a waiting game.
And I'm about ready to hog-tie him and take him to the resource center myself, even if I have to take a day off.
Anyways, we're going to Beauty and the Beast this Saturday. Should be wonderful.
