OT - No baby yet!

Just an update on the pending 'tater. Now at the end of 37 weeks and no sign of baby Willow yet. The good news is the doctor says she has grown and will be a little over 5 pounds and most likely will not need to be in the NICU. My DD is feeling fine but can't find enough stuff to dust! Can you say "nesting"?

We're all set, bags packed. I have a sneaking suspicion that she is going to have the baby on her own birthday which is next Monday, the 27th. My DD doesn't really have a preference thinking that the closer she gets to her due date (Aug 5) the better for the baby and gives her more time to grow. She just wants to get to July 23 so she'll be a Leo rather than a Cancer. Go figure........

Oh, I did finish a wedding quilt for a good friend's daughter and started several quilts for the baby. Two little blankies were crocheted since the quilts will be crib sized. One blankie will be for her coming home day.

I'll keep everyone updated.

Oh what glorious news. I've been holding that little darling so close in my heart and prayers. More than 5 pounds and maybe no NICU? How marvelous, how wonderful. Polly "AliceW" Just an update on the pending 'tater. Now at the end of 37 weeks and no

Hi

I'm sure she'll be just fine. 48 years ago I was three weeks overdue, induced labor, and I only weighed 5 lbs 12 oz. Small for the time but I came through just fine. Willow will too.

Made it back last Friday from my summer adventures. Will update soon. Busy at the moment with lots to catch up on from being gone.
