Thanks, j. We've found it's not uncommon for owners to have multiple properties. This owner bought this property and hoped to sell it and make a quick profit. Didn't work that way. Past management did "quick fixes" that are now failing ie fire suppression pump and it's costing him big bucks. Since we are the GMs by title not function, he's blaming us.

Really hoping you are successful with this application Mary. Surely it must be against some kind of law to have to work with no days off? I can see why you don't want to make waves just at the moment, though. But, it must be such a disappointment for you. . In message , maryd writes

It's very disappointing because we have done our best. We got jumped on last night because of the high costs of outside maintenance. Like it's our fault that the fire suppression pump died and that an underground water pipe broke?
